1. Data we collect

inite.rent stores operational data that rental operators enter to run their business: vehicles, customers, reservations, contracts, payments, and messaging history. Customer contact details (name, phone, email, messenger handles) are entered by the operator, not collected directly from end-customers by INITE.

2. Data retention

Active customer records are retained for the duration of your subscription. Soft-deleted records are preserved for audit. Anonymization of personal data is supported on request while preserving financial records.

3. Compliance

inite.rent supports compliance with GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), and 152-FZ (Russia). On-premise deployments are available for agencies with data residency requirements.
