1. Service

inite.rent is a software-as-a-service platform for car rental management, provided by INITE. Plans range from Starter to Enterprise; see pricing.

2. Data ownership

Customers own all data they enter into inite.rent. INITE processes this data solely to provide the service. Data export is available at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use inite.rent to violate laws, store illegal content, or attempt to breach other tenants' data. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced; attempted breaches terminate the account.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Customer data is retained for 30 days after termination for export, then purged.
